The Melbet promo code HOTGAME is entered in the promo code field during account registration, and existing customers can add it later in the promo code section of their account settings. Type or paste it exactly as written, confirm the entry before finishing sign-up, and check that the bonus appears in your account so you know the code was accepted.

What the HOTGAME promo code is and where it belongs

HOTGAME is a promotional code used at Melbet, a bookmaker and online casino brand, to claim the welcome offer for new customers. It is not a password and not a coupon you buy anywhere: it is a short string of letters that tells the platform which acquisition offer you are signing up under. That is why it has to be in place before the account is created or, if the platform allows it, added in the dedicated field in your profile.

There are two places where the code can go:

1. The registration form, in the field labelled for a promo code, which usually sits near the personal details and currency selection.
2. The account settings, in a promo code or bonus section, for customers who did not enter it at sign-up.

The second route is not guaranteed to work for every offer. Welcome bonuses are normally tied to a first registration, so an account that already has a deposit and a betting history may be rejected for the code. If the code matters to you, enter it during registration rather than planning to add it afterwards.

How to enter the code step by step

Entering the code correctly takes under a minute, but the details decide whether it is accepted. The sequence below is the one that avoids the usual failures.

1. Open the official Melbet site or app for your region and start the registration form.
2. Choose your country, currency and the registration method you want (phone, email or social login).
3. Find the promo code field and type HOTGAME in capital letters, or paste it from a plain text source.
4. Check the field character by character: no leading or trailing space, no autocorrect substitution, no Cyrillic lookalike letters.
5. Complete the remaining fields, accept the terms and submit the form.
6. Log in and open the bonus or promo section to confirm the offer is attached to your account.
7. Make your first deposit within the period the offer requires, using a payment method that counts towards the promotion.

If you paste the code, paste it into a plain text editor first. Copying from a formatted web page or a messaging app can carry invisible characters that make the field reject an otherwise correct code.

How to confirm the code was accepted

A code that was typed is not the same as a code that was applied. After registration, log in and look for the welcome offer in your bonuses or promotions area; a correctly applied code should show the offer with its amount and its conditions. If nothing appears, open your profile and check whether the promo code field still shows HOTGAME or whether it came back empty.

A second confirmation comes at the deposit stage. The bonus is normally credited or activated only after a qualifying first deposit, so read the deposit screen before you confirm the payment. If the offer does not appear after a deposit that should have qualified, contact customer support with your account details and a note of the code you used, and do it before you place bets with the balance, because wagering activity can affect how a bonus dispute is handled.

Common mistakes that stop a promo code from working

Most failed promo code entries come down to a handful of avoidable errors. The code is short, which makes small mistakes easy and costly.

• Extra spaces. A trailing space copied from a message is the single most common reason a code is rejected.
• Wrong characters. A zero typed instead of the letter O, or a lowercase entry where the field expects capitals, will fail.
• Lookalike alphabets. Typing on a non-Latin keyboard layout can produce letters that look identical on screen but are different characters to the system.
• An existing account. Welcome codes generally apply to new customers only, so a second account or a previously registered profile will not qualify.
• Wrong region or currency. Some offers are limited to specific countries, currencies or payment methods, and a mismatch blocks the bonus silently.
• Missing the deposit window. Many welcome offers require the first deposit within a set period after registration; a late deposit can void eligibility.

What to check before you register

Promotional terms at any bookmaker change, and Melbet is no exception. Before you create an account, read the current welcome offer page on the official site and confirm four things: the minimum qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement attached to the bonus, the list of payment methods that count, and the countries where the offer is available. Also check whether the offer covers sports betting, casino products or both, because wagering rules differ between them.

Be sceptical of any page that promises a specific bonus amount without linking to the operator's terms. Codes circulate widely on affiliate sites and video guides, and the offer they unlock can be revised or withdrawn without the third-party page being updated. The official terms page is the only version that binds the operator. Treat the code as a key, not as a guarantee: the terms behind the door are what actually define the deal.

Responsible use and legal limits

A promo code lowers the cost of trying a product; it does not lower the risk of losing money. Bonuses come with wagering requirements, time limits and maximum bet rules, and funds won from a bonus may be locked until those conditions are met. Read them before depositing, not after.

Online betting is regulated differently across jurisdictions, and Melbet, like any operator, is not available everywhere. Use the code only if you are at least 18 years old and only where online sports betting and casino play are legal for you. If gambling stops being entertainment, use the account limits and self-exclusion tools the platform provides, or seek support from a responsible gambling organisation in your country.

Summary

The HOTGAME promo code is a registration code for new Melbet customers: it goes into the promo code field on the sign-up form, or into the promo code section of account settings, and it must be typed exactly with no stray spaces or wrong characters. Confirm that the offer appears in your bonuses area and that your first deposit meets the minimum and the deadline set out in the official terms. The step-by-step walkthrough in the video above comes from the AlphaWave channel, which covers promo codes and account setup in short guides; use it as a visual companion to the checklist here, and always verify the current conditions on the operator's own site before you register.
